The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
H55game reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours in cases where additional identity or source-of-funds verification is required. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is subject to a hold and will be provided with clear instructions on what documentation is needed to complete the process.
All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals on h55game are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). H55game does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account — no amount is skimmed off for currency conversion at any stage of the process.

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
The majority of bonuses offered by h55game are subject to a wagering requirement — an amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each individual bonus. The wagering requirement multiplier applies to the bonus amount received, not to your deposit.
All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Extensions to bonus validity periods are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at h55game's sole discretion.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one per player, household and payment method. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses on duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus funds being forfeited.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, h55game reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the balance includes real-money deposits that were not used in breach of these terms, h55game will endeavour to return those funds after deducting any applicable administrative costs.
You may close your h55game account at any time by contacting support@h55game.app. Before closing, any real-money balance remaining in your account must either be withdrawn or will be returned to your last verified payment method after the account closure process is complete. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
